The Villas of Boca Barwood is a beautiful community with 209 properties located in sunny Boca Raton, Florida. Since 1982, residents have enjoyed the peaceful nature of the area and the unique amenities. The community boasts a large clubhouse which can be rented for events, a heated pool & spa, tennis courts, a racquetball court, and a game room with a library inside.

We have an active set of owners who are very engaged and take considerable pride in maintaining their neighborhood. It is a diverse, interactive, and friendly community of all ages! Committees include Landscaping, Safety, and more, involving members of the community who enjoy taking care of it. We are proud to be a pet-friendly & kid-friendly community, too!

The community has partnered with professional property management team, Concierge Property Solutions, that is dedicated, hardworking and knowledgeable. While they work off-site, their General Manager, Kimberly Balkus, works on-site every Friday to be of assistance to residents. Additionally, their Boca-based office is open for visitors & encourages residents to visit!
